”Making the Moonshine”
Day One
No high-tech mash tons and steam boiler. We’re breaking out the old school propane burner and stainless-steel pot and building a classic moonshine corn and cane mash. You’ll help cool it down, pitch the yeast and setup some modern temp monitoring so you can monitor the fermentation temperature during the fermentation process.

During fermentation our distillers will keep you appraised on the vital readings needed to make a great spirit. You will need to be flexible with your time because, when it’s ready, it’s ready - so we’ll let you know when Day Two is going to happen.
Day Two
It will be an early morning, it’s OK if you can’t make it the whole day, you can stop in and check it out, but it’s really cool if you can.
You’ll help setup the stills and transfer the finished mash and light them up. It’s a 12 hour plus day. Nobody is expected to stay the entire time, we’ll collect samples along the way so you don’t miss anything.
Day Three
Proofing down, bottling and labeling.
