Cuts Night

Guests will have the rare unique opportunity to taste our award-winning moonshine at 14 different stages during the distilling process.  You'll taste the difference between heads, hearts, and tails. Few people other than distillers know what they taste like.  You can be one of the few!

You'll be guided by our expert distiller.  You’ll learn about each phase of the distillation process and the reason why the samples taste different.  Learn to identify which samples belong to which phase!

It's a fun and educational evening filled with flavors, aromas, and a deeper appreciation for the craft of distillation.

Can you pick the actual cuts our distiller chose when making the batch these samples came from?  If you can, you’ll win a prize!
