The return of a fan favorite - only with a bit more of a kick at 101 Proof. 

Piston Press is made with a selected varietals used to make apple juice and cider.  Aged in a used heavy char American Oak Barrel it is crisp, smooth, and bright with an very nice finish.  We experimented with different proofs.  We felt 101 truly does this spirit justice.   Very Limited quantities available.  Please note, this is available only in Washington State...
